    <description><![CDATA[Ohnishi Netsugaku Co., Ltd. is due to commence the installation works of a Balanced Ambient Room-type Calorimeter and an Air Enthalpy Test Method Performance Test Facility for China Household Electric Appliance Research Institute (CHEARI), Beijing, China, in mid-June 2011. Ohnishi Netsugaku had concluded contract with CHEARI on September 2009 and has been waiting for completion of the building construction.These test facilities are scheduled for completion in September 2011.The test facilities are designed for testing cooling and heating capacities of air conditioners and heat pumps (up to 5-horsepower) in accordance with standards such as GB/T 7725-2004, JIS B 8615-1:1999 and ISO 5151:2010.&nbsp;These performance test facilities are expected to be standard for testing, performance rating and certification for Chinese household air conditioners and heat pumps.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prof. Xuwei BING, President of CHEARI, (left) andMr. Masazumi OHNISHI, President of Ohnishi Netsugaku]]></description>

    <description><![CDATA[Ohnishi Builds Calorimeter for Electricity Generating Authority of ThailandOhnishi Netsugaku Co., Ltd. and Thai Fujimori Trading Co., Ltd. completed a project for building a Balanced Ambient Room-type Calorimeter for Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) the end of September 2003. This is the second standard calorimeter in Thailand. Ohnishi built a Balanced Ambient Room-type Calorimeter for Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) in 1990.EGAT donated the calorimeter to Electrical and Electronics Institute (EEI), an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Industry Industrial Development Foundation, in order to test air-conditioners forenergy-saving strategy. EEI had been a testing department of TISI and was established from TISI as an independent testing center. The Hand Over Ceremony was held on December 11, 2003 at EEI.The calorimeter consists of two insulated compartments, indoor side and outdoor side, which are separated by an insulated partition. Each compartment is surrounded by controlled-temperature air space. Non-ducted air-conditioners can be tested for cooling capacity from 1.5 kW to 12 kW in thiscalorimeter. &nbsp;]]></description>
